Stefan was already soldering at the age of five, and began working in his father’s company since he was 15 years old. After his father’s tragic death, he took over management together with his mother, and has been the sole manager since 2015. Close and friendly relationships with his customers are extremely important to him. He sees the key to Löscher’s success in the ability to react flexibly and quickly to changes and demands, and to meet customers at eye level. As managing director, he has created sustainable working conditions and offers long-term and secure employment in the region, even during economically challenging times.
