As the daughter of Maria and Karl Löscher, she grew up with manufacturing from an early age and soon began helping to screw and solder connectors and label cables. She is able to fully utilize her versatility at Löscher, as her responsibilities range from manufacturing to company management. She emphasizes the equal footing on which employees at Löscher treat each other—regardless of their role or department—because every person is equally valuable. This is also reflected in the values of the family-owned company.
