History

The company 'Loescher Elektronik' was founded in January 1993, as a privately owned small business company, in the form of a sole proprietorship, with its location in Gross St. Florian, in the Austrian province of Weststeiermark, (Western Styria) by Karl Loescher.

In its first year only a small number of regular customers were looked after by Karl Loescher, personally. At the beginning of 1994 the company was joined by Karl Loescher's wife Maria Loescher and further two qualified people.

Because of the growing number of customers and, hand in hand with the steady increase in our turnover it became possible to reinforce our staff by another 13 employees, in August 1998. To cope with the demand for more space we also relocated to the 'Wirtschaftspark' (a new business area) near Deutschlandsberg. In the course of this reorganization, the company was converted into a Limited Company (LTD). 

Further expansion meant an even larger building had to be built at the beginning of 2002, with a shop floor area of 1200 m², to manage with increasing requirements.
